Ouch.
We just got a rental increase notice. As of January 1, 2008 our rent is going from $725 +25 parking to $875 + parking. wow. Needless to say I'm a little stunned right now. Anyone in need of 4 roommates- two human and two feline?
I thought rents could only go up $100 at a time?? wow.

Nope - rents can go up as much as they want...but only once per year!
I hope you guys get in here. At least for $825 - you can have more room and another bedroom. Oh yeah, and free laundry.
